Vincent M. Wilkes is a lifelong Virginian and trusted tax resolution specialist who has been serving individuals and small businesses in Southwest Virginia since 2001. A graduate of Radford University with a degree in business and accounting, he has built his career helping clients face complex IRS issues with clarity and confidence.
As an Enrolled Agent (EA), National Tax Practice Institute Fellow (NTPI), and Certified Tax Resolution Specialist (CTRS), Vincent is licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS in all 50 states. These credentials reflect his advanced training and proven experience in stopping collections, negotiating settlements, and guiding clients toward financial peace of mind.
His mission is simple: to protect clients from the stress and uncertainty of IRS problems by delivering clear solutions, personalized strategies, and steady guidance every step of the way. Whether it’s preparing taxes, handling audits, or resolving serious tax debt, Vincent’s focus is on helping people take back control of their finances and move forward with confidence.
Dedicated to staying at the forefront of his field, Vincent earned the distinguished NTPI Fellowship by completing 72 hours of advanced coursework over three years and further sharpened his expertise through the ASTPS Accelerator, the most comprehensive training program in tax resolution. Each year, he completes more than 50 hours of continuing education, participates in weekly professional webinars, and collaborates with colleagues nationwide to stay ahead of IRS developments. LeeAnder Wilkes, Marketing Director
LeeAnder B. Wilkes, Marketing Director at Blue Ridge Tax Relief, was born and raised in Blacksburg, Virginia. Growing up in a college town, home to Virginia Tech, he developed an early passion for learning and a strong commitment to serving others.
A 2021 graduate of Blacksburg High School, LeeAnder was active in DECA, competing in social media marketing at the district leadership conference and finishing in the top three, advancing to the state level. These early experiences sparked his interest in marketing and business.
That dedication to service led him to pursue an associate’s degree in Police Science from New River Community College, where he graduated with honors. Along the way, he completed multiple internships with local law enforcement agencies, experiences that strengthened his ability to connect with and support people in need.
LeeAnder is a senior at Thomas Edison State University, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership. He is highly motivated to help individuals and businesses realize that they have ways out of their most challenging financial struggles.
